- The item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
- Once approved, you can ship the item back to us
Please do not return items without prior approval.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-4 days REFUND PROCESSING TIME
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items.
- If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
- For other exchange requests, availability of replacement items is subject to stock
