Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
  3. Once approved, you can ship the item back to us

Please do not return items without prior approval.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-4 days REFUND PROCESSING TIME
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items.

  • If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
  • For other exchange requests, availability of replacement items is subject to stock
